You can find good prices for them at the Amazon Kindle Store. The most sought-after version is the 6 inch Kindle Wi-Fi ($139) and the Kindle 3G + Wi-Fi ($189). Both versions can store up to 3,500 books and are lighter than a paperback. The only difference is that with the 3G version, you can download books anytime, anywhere without having to find a Wi-Fi hotspot connection.
I suggest that if you just want a dedicated reader, the Kindle without the 3G will save you $50 which you can spend towards buying your favourite ebooks. Amazon has the largest selection of books, well over 670,000 titles. Do you know that you can also get some books for free, mainly Out-of-Copyright Pre-1923 titles such as Pride & Prejudice and Treasure Island?
